Haven Cockerham is a seasoned Chief Human Resources Officer with 35 years of experience with Fortune 250 companies in the automotive, electric utility and printing industries.
As the Chief Human Resources Officer at RR Donnelley, Haven led global human resources activities for employees in North America, Latin and South America, Europe and Asia. As the company changed its operating model and strategic direction Haven led the company's cultural transformation and the transformation of the Human Resources organization to deliver greater HR value to the internal customers.
Prior to joining RR Donnelley, Haven was Chief Human Resources Officer for DTE Energy where he played a central leadership role in building a positive labor/management partnership and driving a large-scale culture change for the company. Haven began his professional career at General Motors in process improvement and manufacturing and later advanced to lead global Human Resources for one of GM's most complexed component divisions.
Haven left General Motors to assume the ownership and management of a Chevrolet Dealership in South Carolina. His board service includes, BMO Harris Financial, Bartech Group, Presence Health, the Realestate Foundation for the North Carolina A&T State University.
