Haven Cockerham

Haven Cockerham is a seasoned Chief Human Resources Officer with 35 years of experience with Fortune 250 companies in the automotive, electric utility and printing industries.
As the Chief Human Resources Officer at RR Donnelley, Haven led global human resources activities for employees in North America, Latin and South America, Europe and Asia. As the company changed its operating model and strategic direction Haven led the company's cultural transformation and the transformation of the Human Resources organization to deliver greater HR value to the internal customers.
Prior to joining RR Donnelley, Haven was Chief Human Resources Officer for DTE Energy where he played a central leadership role in building a positive labor/management partnership and driving a large-scale culture change. Haven began his professional career at General Motors in process improvement and manufacturing and later advanced to lead global Human Resources for one of GM's most complexed component manufacturing divisions.
Haven left General Motors to assume the ownership and management of a Chevrolet Dealership in South Carolina. His board service includes, BMO Harris Financial, Bartech Group, Presence Health, the Realestate Foundation for the North Carolina A&T State University.
Audra Miller
President, Technology Solutions
Audra Miller, President, joined the Cockerham & Associates team in 2009. Audra has over 20 years of experience with driving process improvement efforts through continuous improvement initiatives in automotive and consumer products industries. She has managed the launch of major truck platforms where she led teams to ensure quality products and services.Currently, Audra leads day-to-day operations for Cockerham & Associates and is President of its subsidiary, Stratus TMS. Stratus TMS develops innovative technology solutions that are market leaders for measuring and assessing the impact of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.Audra has spent much of her career in union environments where she aligned her team initiatives with the union agreements and priorities. Audra serves as a board member for the national Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation. She earned her bachelor’s degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
Tan Davis
Practice Leader, DEI and Leadership Trainig
Tan Davis leads consulting in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Workforce Engagement. Tan is a seasoned human resources professional with over thirty years of corporate and consulting experience in designing and implementing high impact initiatives in leadership development, change management, strategic planning and strategic diversity. Tan’s background includes over twenty years of corporate leadership experience with Sara Lee Corporation’s Hanesbrands where she successfully led corporate training, talent management and recruitment. She was appointed by the President and CEO of Hanesbrands as the organization’s first chief diversity strategist for a global workforce of over 20,000 employees. Tan works with clients to design and deliver leadership development, team building and diversity initiatives, rollout company-wide diversity educational programs, launch and facilitate Employee Resource Groups and facilitate culture surveys and focus groups. She has received numerous awards for achievement including recognition by The White House for her leadership in a non-partisan Women’s Initiative and by Working Women’s Magazine for Entrepreneurial Excellence in the Southeastern Region. Tan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Winston-Salem State University. She is a graduate of Furman University’s Diversity Leadership Institute, an alumna of Leadership Winston-Salem, NC and Leadership America. She has extensive advanced training and certification, including the International Human Resources Executive Program at Cornell University.
Emma Browning

Emma Browning is a management consultant with more than ten years of consulting experience in the areas of organization development and talent strategy. She focuses on creating peak organization performance by enabling clear vision and strategy that is understood and shared; strong performance culture that empowers individuals and fosters innovation; efficient workflow and decision-making processes; capable and engaged talent throughout the organization. Emma spent eight years at a large national consulting firm and consulted to clients in several industries including software, technology, bioscience, insurance, manufacturing, education, nonprofits, and healthcare. Specific consulting engagements span organization design, employee engagement, sales organization strategy, talent strategy, executive compensation, and equity analysis. Emma holds a BA from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

An experienced change agent, she has enabled global organizations to successfully communicate during mission-critical events, ranging from financial transactions such as IPOs and mergers & acquisitions, to internal culture changes driven by leadership transitions or major human resources initiatives. Kathy is an accomplished business writer and communication strategist who has led projects in the corporate communication, investor relations and human resources functions of Fortune 500 and mid-cap companies. She earned a Master of Arts in Business Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from William Jewell College.
