Executive Coaching
Our objective is to assist our coaching clients achievement their professional growth aspirations while accomplishing the mission and objectives of their respective organizations. We combine the depth and breadth of our executive expertise with a proven process to achieve maximum impact for the coaching client. Our general approach follows:
- Conduct assessment interviews of those who work closely with the coaching client to determine strengths and opportunities to perform effectively.
- Develop an assessment summary with specific recommendations for each of the assessment focus areas.
- Conduct collaborative goal setting and action planning sessions.
- Periodically provide advice and counsel to the coaching client and the leader. through face-to-face sessions, conference calls, e-mail access, impromptu calls, and/or on the job observations.
- Recommend resources other resources for skill enhancement.
- Assess and validate progress and impact of action plans at specified intervals.
