Audra Miller, President, joined the Cockerham & Associates team in 2009. Audra has over 20 years of experience with driving process improvement efforts through continuous improvement initiatives in automotive and consumer products industries. She has managed the launch of major truck platforms where she led teams to ensure quality products and services.
Currently, Audra leads day-to-day operations for Cockerham & Associates and is President of its subsidiary, Stratus TMS. Stratus TMS develops innovative technology solutions that are market leaders for measuring and assessing the impact of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
Audra has spent much of her career in union environments where she aligned her team initiatives with the union agreements and priorities. Audra serves as a board member for the national Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation.
