Coaching
Our coaching objective is to assist executives in the achievement of their professional growth aspirations while accomplishing the mission and objectives of their organizations. We combine the depth and breadth of our expertise with a proven process to achieve maximum impact for the executive and the organization. Our general approach is below:
- Conduct assessment interviews of those who work closely with the executive to determine strengths and opportunities to perform effectively.
- Develop an assessment summary with specific recommendations for each of the assessment focus areas.
- Conduct collaborative goal setting and action planning sessions.
- Periodically provide advice and counsel to the executive through face-to-face sessions, conference calls, e-mail access, and impromptu calls.
- Recommend resources for skill enhancement.
- Assess and validate progress and impact of action plans at specified intervals.
